1. Saints – Last week’s number one team remains on top after destroying the G-Men in the Superdome.
2. Colts – Peyton and the gang got the week off, and they have the winless Rams coming up. Things are looking great for Indy.
3. Vikings – Yes they needed a missed 44-yard field goal to beat the Ravens, but the fact is the Vikes are 6-0.
4. Broncos – The Broncos gave the Chargers the Royal Treatment on their way to 6-0, and a big lead in the AFC West.
5. Falcons – They got a nice win against a good Bears squad. They visit Jerry World next week to face the Cowboys.
6. Giants – The Giants got blasted by Brees and the Saints. Have they been exposed?
7. Patriots – Tom Brady is coming off of a 6 TD performance, as the Pats beat down the Titans 59-0.
8. Steelers – Roethlisberger is passing for tons of yards this season. The Steelers are hosting the undefeated Vikings this week.
9. Bengals – Tough loss to the Texans for the Bengals. That is going to happen every once in a while.
10. 49ers – The bye week helped the Niners as they were able to move up 2 spots this week. Good game coming up against Houston.
11. Ravens – They were a 44-yard field goal away from beating the undefeated Vikings. A bye week comes at the perfect time.
12. Packers – The Packers shut out the Lions 26-0. They have Cleveland coming up next. Count it.
13. Eagles – How do you lose to the Oakland Raiders? I must know.
14. Cardinals – The Cardinals handled the Seahawks 27-3 in Seattle. Big Sunday night matchup against the Giants coming up.
15. Bears – Cutler needs to close out that final drive against the Falcons. Orlando Pace didn’t make things any easier though.
16. Cowboys – The bye week served as a great thing for the Cowboys, as they were the only NFC East team to not lose in week 6.
17. Jets – What has happened to this team? After starting 3-0, the Jets have lost their last 3 and are looking for answers quickly.
18. Texans – After a surprising victory against the Bengals, this team is on pace for another 8-8 season. Whoop dee do.
19. Chargers – The Chargers are in a huge hole after losing to the undefeated Broncos on Monday night.
20. Dolphins – Will a bye week help this team against the Saints this week? I doubt it.
21. Seahawks – A bad loss to the Cardinals has the Seahawks in 3rd place in the wide open NFC West.
22. Jaguars – This team struggled, but won versus the Rams in overtime. I cannot figure this team out for the life of me.
23. Panthers – They beat the winless Bucs. Big deal. Interesting game against the Bills this week.
24. Bills – Good hard-fought victory against the Jets in overtime. They have a winnable game against the Panthers coming up.
25. Titans – The 59-0 Pats’ bludgeoning was the most lopsided loss in franchise history. To me, they are still the best 0-6 team ever.
26. Lions – The Lions have a bye week coming up. Following that, they have the Rams. I cannot wait for that display of ugliness.
27. Raiders -I was willing to risk my life twice if the Raiders came within 20 against the Eagles. They actually won the game!
28. Chiefs – Finally! The Chiefs are not winless any longer. They have actually played well the last 2 weeks. Is this team improving?
29. Browns – They continue to struggle. They host Aaron Rodgers and the Packers this week.
30. Redskins – The Redskins are 2-4 against winless teams this season. They lost to the Chiefs for heaven’s sake!
31. Bucanneers – This team has lost to Panthers and everybody else that they have faced this season. That’s 10 in a row.
32. Rams – I want to give the Rams credit for taking the Jags to overtime, but I just can’t. 16 losses in a row is unacceptable.
