Following the Yankees destruction of the Phillies in Game 6, the Yanks are World Series Champions! The Yankees were led in this game by long time veteran and World Series MVP, Hideki ”Godzilla” Matsui. Matsui beat up on Pedro Martinez and the rest of the Phillies pitching for a total of 6 RBIs. Included in the 6 RBIs was a 2-run home run that started the scoring on the night. Once Matsui provided the early runs, Andy Pettitte was able to pitch more comfortably, giving up only 4 hits in 6 innings, and the Yankees were able to cruise to a victory. Below is a picture of Hideki ”Godzilla” Matsui (or Matzilla) battling with Pedro ”King Kong” Martinez. This ”battle” was pretty much a one-sided affair in the favor of the large reptile. Just look how easy Matzilla is making it look. He is not even facing in the direction of his opponent, and yet he is handling him without a problem.
