J.R. Smith decided on Tuesday that he wanted to be called by his birth name, Earl, from now on. This ”hard-thought” decision only lasted for about 8 hours, as Smith was getting bombarded with phone calls, text messages, and e-mails regarding the name change. Because of all of the controversy that it caused, Smith thought that going back to ”J.R.” was the best move for him. In J.R. Smith’s only game as Earl, he shot 1-9 from the field with only 5 points. Maybe the name change had something to do with his rusty performance.

He also played a lot like him last night. Now I don’t know how good Jason Lee (actor’s name) is at basketball, but I have a strong feeling that he is not too good.
