What seemed like an ordinary incomplete pass at the end of the Bears-Eagles game on Sunday night, was anything BUTT. As Jay Cutler threw a low pass to Devin Hester, which he could not haul in, Eagles’ defender, Asante Samuel, actually pulled down Hester’s pants in an attempt to make a tackle.
