While I do believe that the Cleveland Cavaliers did improve their team by acquiring Antawn Jamison from the Washington Wizards, I am concerned about something else. During the acquisition of Jamison, the Cavs gave up long-time center, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, who recently had a hilarious cameo in the latest LeBron Puppet Commercial.
Now that Ilgauskas is gone, I am wondering if that commercial will ever air again. Also, does that mean that there will be no more Ilgauskas puppet in future commercials? (I am unfortunately leaning towards yes).
I understand that Jamison is better than Big Z right now, but I don’t think that anybody in the world would want to watch Jamison as a puppet over Ilgauskas. Z is simply funnier than Jamison, and I think that the Cavs made a huge faux pas by giving up the big man.
Since the Ilgauskas puppet is all but dead, I will leave you with a video to help the memory last a little bit longer.
